Welcome to 9-A!

Today in grammar class we began our study of adjectives. We learned that adjectives describe nouns and we also learned the difference between positive, comparative, and superlative adjectives. The girls sang a song to help them keep it all straight!

Late last week we met with our Sixth Age Buddies to make some valentines. The students worked together to create many cute animals out of different sized hearts. We had so much fun seeing our buddies for the first time in 2011!

The girls have worked very hard on their play and they can't wait to show it to the parents tomorrow morning. Here is a sneak peek...

Yesterday marked the start of the Chinese New Year. To celebrate, the entire Lower School ventured over to the Middle School gym to watch a Chinese acrobatic performance. The acrobats displayed amazing feats of strength, balance, flexibility, and skill. What a treat!
