On Friday the Ninth Age classes participated in a grade-wide egg drop. The students stood in the hallway overlooking the girls' gym and threw their eggs over the railing. There were 8 eggs in 9-A that survived two drops.

The Ninth Age girls presented their play, Olivia Saves the Circus, to their parents this morning. The girls worked hard to give their best performance, and they did a FANTASTIC job!!!

During the Blizzard of 2010, we had many adventures. First we had a blast sledding and then our friends lost their power and came to stay with us for two days. We went sledding, snowboarding, and had a lot of snowball fights! During the Blizzard, my neighbor and I went into our backyard and found out that most of our bamboo had tilted over. So we decided to make it into a fort! We shoveled out a couch, a hammock, and beds. We also made a table, chairs, a pool, and a slide! I had a lot of fun in the snow, but it is time to back to school.
Here is an account of what one of the 9-A girls has been up to. Can you guess which one of your classmates wrote this?
I used the story starter several times and wrote some funny stories. I also did a lot of sledding, snowboarding, and made snow forts. The funniest things that happend were that the snow was too deep for our dog Oreo so we had to dig out paths for her. We also had a car accident when another car slid into ours. My mom and I made lots of treats including brownies, cookies, and lots of banan bread. I hope you had a nice week without school.
Here are some pictures of the girls of 9-A having fun in the snow. I will add more as they are passed on to me. Looks like fun!
